Impact of COVID-19 on Shipping and Orders

We do our best to meet our shipping schedule, but understand that there may be delays in order processing and shipping. Order processing hours are Monday through Friday. Due to the COVID-19 safety precautions in our warehouse, order processing and production may take 10-15 days before we can be ready to ship. Generally, all standard shipping orders take 30+ business days to deliver, while DHL Express shipping takes 18+ business days.

Order and Shipping Confirmation Email: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email, and after the order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
